Qatch Go Client Portal Dashboard
This manual provides a clear explanation of the ride and queue management system.
The Client Portal Dashboard gives you insight into:
- Rides,
- waiting times
- Current throughput
Logging In
Go to https://go.qatch.app/
- Register: Easily create an account by following the steps. You will then receive a confirmation email.
- Login: You will see the homepage, where you can log in with your account.
- Forgot your password? Click ‘Forgot password?’ and follow the steps. Once you receive the verification code, you can change your password.
Dashboard
Once logged in, you are in the Dashboard environment. This can be personalised to show the shortcuts you want on your dashboard.
- On the left side, you will find the menu items.
- On the top bar, you can see the name of your organisation. If you have multiple organisations, you can click on it to switch between them.
- On the right side, you will find your profile. Clicking on it allows you to view and/or change your profile settings.
Stands
This is the general Stands environment. Here you can have an overview of all stands.
- Click the “eye” icon to view all stands’ details, including the map.
- Click the “three dots” icon to see more settings, such as manage stand and delete stand.
- New Stand: Use this button to create a new stand. Give the stand a name and a code. You can then use the location module to set the specific location. Once the stand has been created, you can configure and personalise it as desired. Link the desired queue(s) by clicking the red button.
Queues
Queues are an addition to the initial stand. It is therefore important to first set up a stand. You can then link the queue to a stand, after which the queue becomes active.
- Queues: This is the general overview of the queues. Click the button to view a queue. Click the other button to open more settings, such as: Manage Queue and Delete Queue.
- New Queue: Use this button to easily create a queue. Choose a name and the type you want to set. Once you have created a queue, you can configure and personalise it as desired.
Provided Products
Here you can find the overview of your offered products in the Marketplace.
Create New Product: Add a new product by using this button. Choose a name and description for your product.
View: Here you can see your specific product’s details.
- General: Edit the general information of the product here.
- Customers: Here you can see the buyers/subscribers. Check here whether your desired buyers are included.
- Product modules: The functionality of the product is called a module. For example, we have a stand module. When creating a product, you choose which module you want. However, Qatch only offers certain modules on request, so please get in touch if your desired module is not available. The only things you can adjust are the standard settings, such as Pricing and Restricting Access.
- Publication: Here, you can choose at which level your product is published and personalise it as desired. As a provider, you can choose who is able to see your products.
NOTE: It is possible that, as a Provider, you choose to offer certain products for free. Even so, the visibility rule set when creating the product still applies. So the price setting is separate from the visibility setting.
Purchased Products
Here you can find the list of products that you have purchased.
Products Market – an overview of products on the Marketplace that are currently available for you to purchase.
- Click “View”, after which you can purchase it. Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions and costs, you can complete the purchase.
Partner Companies
Here is the overview of all companies you are partnered with.
You can establish special relationships, which can be found under Partner Companies. This way, you can conveniently collaborate and build business with your trusted partners on our platform. For example, some products can be offered only to partner companies.
- “Eye” icon – press on this button to see an overview of all products your partner is using from your company.
Invoices
To easily keep track of your bookkeeping, you can find all invoices here. You can also easily create an invoice yourself. Make sure your settings are correctly configured.
Vehicles
Vehicle lists are important if you want to configure your stand, queue, rides, and other product requirements. You must first create a vehicle list if you want to assign specific vehicles to specific rides, stands, and queues.
Employees
This is the environment for a company to have an overview of employees (usually drivers) and/or to add them. Click the red button and follow the steps to add an employee. Employees of an organisation get access to the offered products – both publicly available products and products for partner companies only.
NOTE: Drivers are often self-employed – take the example of a TTO (Licensed Taxi Organisation). In that case, choose the role of ‘External Driver’.
