About Qatch

Built from the road,
not the boardroom.

Qatch began with a simple frustration: transport systems were built for platforms, not for the people doing the work. What started as a better way for drivers to work together became a connected mobility platform serving operators, fleets, airports, and now businesses beyond transport.

Our story

The driver who saw what the platforms missed.

Every part of Qatch — the network, the products, the philosophy — traces back to one person noticing that the systems weren’t built for the people doing the work.

Emmal Khan didn’t start Qatch in a boardroom.
He started it on the road.

As a taxi driver, he understood the daily reality that no platform seemed to care about:

Wasted kilometres

Empty seats

Working hard in isolation

Systems built for someone else’s benefit

The problem wasn’t inefficiency alone. Drivers had no real way to:

Work together

Share trips

Build something bigger than the next fare

2017 · The Build Begins

He built what didn’t exist: a professional network where drivers and transport operators could help each other grow.

Qatch was not built to extract value from drivers. It was built to create value for them.

How we got here

One insight. Three products. A platform.

Each new product came from listening to the next problem on the
road — not from a roadmap drawn in advance.

Stage 01 · The Foundation

Qatch Partner SMB

Independent drivers and small operators needed something the big platforms didn’t offer:

What Was Missing

  • Connection
  • Trip sharing
  • Trusted professional network
  • Stable work
1
2
Stage 02 · Scaling Up

Qatch Partner Enterprise

Larger operators were running serious businesses on broken systems:

The Chaos We Replaced

  • Fragmented operations
  • Poor visibility
  • Manual dispatch
  • Spreadsheet chaos
  • WhatsApp-based coordination

What Enterprise Solved

  • Dispatch
  • Fleet tracking
  • Invoicing
  • Performance visibility
Stage 03 · 2022 · Eindhoven Airport

Qatch Smart Queueing

A familiar scene at Eindhoven Airport:

The Kerb-Side Problem

  • Drivers circling
  • Confused passengers
  • Poor coordination

What Smart Queueing Brought

  • Real-time demand matching
  • Calmer passenger experience
  • Controlled pickup flow

Who we are

A small team. A big enough mission.

Qatch is a small team of about ten people, working across three countries and one time zone of effort.

We’re a remote team, but the way we work is anything but distant. We build long-term relationships, take genuine ownership, and treat each other as

partners — not traditional employees.

What we share

The same belief: too many industries still run on systems designed for someone else’s convenience.

What we’re building toward

Same problem. Different industries.

Today, Qatch is a platform for professional transport: ride-hailing,
fleet management, smart queueing, and delivery.

But the further we went, the more we realised:

Ride-hailing

Fleet management

Smart queueing

Delivery

Core insight

The same communication and coordination problems exist far beyond transport.

Hotels missing reservation messages. Clinics drowning in appointment requests. Retailers losing customers to slow replies. Any business with scattered communication is solving the same problem we’ve been solving on the road for years.

That recognition became Qatch Omni AI.

Safety and compliance

Trust is earned at the
kerb,
every single
trip.

Compliance isn’t a feature we added later. It’s been part of the product since day one — because the people using Qatch deserve to know it’s built right.

icon Every ride tracked in real time
icon Smart Queueing allows only authorised vehicles
icon Data protection standards across markets
icon Compliance built into product from day one

Sustainability

The greenest kilometre is the one nobody had to drive.

Fewer empty kilometers mean less fuel burned. Better-coordinated pick-up zones mean less congestion and less time spent idling at the kerb. Shared rides mean more people moving with fewer vehicles on the road.

Efficiency creates sustainability.

Fewer empty kilometres
Less fuel burned
Reduced congestion
Less idling
More shared rides
Fewer vehicles needed
