What it does
Dispatchers manage everything from a web-based dashboard, drivers work through a dedicated app, and passengers walk out, get in a taxi and go, completely unaware that anything is being coordinated behind the scenes. The system is designed to be invisible to the people moving through it, while giving the people running it full visibility and control.

Running operations at Eindhoven Airport for four years taught the team things that only come from being in the field: what causes driver conflict, how congestion builds, what a well-managed kerb looks like at peak hours and what it looks like when things go wrong.
